Terms of Service

By downloading or using CleanStrike, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What CleanStrike is

CleanStrike is a free, independent companion tool that coordinates fair lobbies for CS2 Premier matchmaking, checks FACEIT Anti-Cheat status where relevant, and narrows server search to help you meet other verified players. It does not modify game files, read CS2's process memory, or replace any official anti-cheat system.

Not affiliated with Valve, Steam, or FACEIT

CleanStrike is an independent, unofficial project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Steam, or FACEIT. All product names, logos, and brands referenced are the property of their respective owners, used only to describe compatibility.

No guarantees

• We cannot guarantee that any lobby, match, or player is free of cheaters. Trust scores and Anti-Cheat status are best-effort signals, not certifications.
• We don't guarantee uptime, availability, or that matchmaking will find you a lobby within any particular time.
• Steam and FACEIT ban data is provided by their own public APIs — we're not responsible for its accuracy or timeliness.

What the app does on your computer

The desktop client can apply temporary Windows Firewall rules to narrow CS2's outbound connections toward a matched region, and can block CS2's network access if Anti-Cheat is turned off mid-match in an AC-required lobby. Both actions are visible to you, reversible, and only triggered by your own use of the app — never silently.

Acceptable use

• Don't try to spoof, falsify, or bypass the Anti-Cheat or trust-score checks.
• Don't use the service to harass, impersonate, or abuse other players.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the backend service.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these rules.

Age requirement

You must meet the minimum age requirements set by Steam and CS2 to use CleanStrike.

Disclaimer of warranty

CleanStrike is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Use it at your own discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
